In seven years of seeing families in clinic, the same conversation kept repeating. A parent — often a mother — sitting opposite me with a phone open to a list of crossed-out names: therapists, paediatricians, special educators. Some in their city. Many a flight away. The child, two or three or five, somewhere in the room. The question was almost always the same. Are we doing the right things?
The honest answer was usually: you are trying everything, but no one is connecting the pieces.
Pediatric therapy in India is delivered by extraordinary individual clinicians, but rarely as a coordinated plan. A speech therapist works on articulation. An occupational therapist works on regulation. A behaviour therapist works on independence skills. Three good plans, often pulling in three directions, and a parent in the middle trying to translate.
“NeuronNurture Kids exists to fix that gap. One paediatrician reviews your child's plan. One team works from a shared assessment. One written report each week tells you where things stand.”
Every child who comes to us begins the same way: a structured assessment authored by our developmental paediatrician, a plan written down before the first session, and a single team of RCI-registered therapists working from it. Each Friday you receive a written progress note. Every four weeks the paediatrician re-reviews and recalibrates.
We deliver online because parents have asked us to — because a child does her best therapy in her own living room, on her own carpet, with her own toys, and a parent watching close enough to repeat on Tuesday what worked on Sunday. The science backs it. So do the parents.
Yours, in care
The clinical team at NeuronNurture Kids
What we believe
Three convictions that shape every plan we write.
01
Plans, not appointments.
Therapy without a written plan is just sessions. Every child at NeuronNurture begins with a structured assessment by our developmental paediatrician, anchored to the Indian Academy of Pediatrics' developmental milestones and to global standards (DSM-5, ICD-11) where relevant. The plan names the goal, the method, and the marker for progress — and we share it with you in writing before the first therapy session.
02
Doctor-supervised, not doctor-ornamental.
A paediatrician on a clinic's website is common. A paediatrician who reviews your child's progress every four weeks and signs off on adjustments is not. Therapists do the work in session; our medical leadership watches the trajectory and recalibrates the plan when it stops moving in the right direction.
03
Parents are co-clinicians.
The hour your child spends with a therapist is the easy hour. The other 167 in the week are where development actually happens. So every plan includes parent-coaching — short, specific things to repeat at meals, at play, at bedtime. We don't hand you homework. We give you the operating manual.
Medical leadership
The clinician behind every plan.
NeuronNurture Kids is supervised by a developmental paediatrician with over seven years of clinical practice in diagnosing and managing developmental and behavioural conditions in children. Her training reflects the depth the role demands.
Areas of clinical focus: autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, speech and language delays, intellectual disabilities, dyslexia, cerebral palsy, genetic developmental conditions, and global developmental delay — with a particular interest in early intervention and parent-guided stimulation.

How we work
Four steps from first call to first plan.
1
Free first consultation
30 minutes · video · no obligation
A developmental paediatrician or senior therapist meets you and your child. We listen. We watch. We note milestones met, milestones delayed, and the concerns that brought you here. There is no script and no sales pitch.
2
Structured assessment
60–90 minutes · standardised scales
If we both agree to proceed, we move to a formal assessment: standardised scales (M-CHAT-R, Vineland, age-appropriate language and motor screens), parent interview, and direct observation. The output is a written report you keep.
3
The plan
Authored by our paediatrician
Our medical leadership reviews the assessment and authors a plan: which therapy modalities, in which sequence, at what frequency, with what targets. You receive it in writing, in plain language, before the first session.
4
Weekly delivery, monthly review
1-on-1 video · written progress notes
Sessions run on a schedule that fits your family. Each Friday you receive a written progress note: what was worked on, what improved, what to repeat at home. Every four weeks the paediatrician re-reviews and recalibrates the plan.
Who we work with
Children we are trained to support.
Therapists at NeuronNurture work with children who have been diagnosed with — or are being assessed for — autism spectrum disorder, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, speech and language delay, expressive and receptive language disorders, articulation and phonological disorders, fluency disorders, dyspraxia, sensory processing differences, learning differences including dyslexia, intellectual disability, cerebral palsy, genetic syndromes presenting with developmental delay, and global developmental delay.
We work with children aged 0 to 12. Earlier is almost always better.
Where we serve
Bengaluru-headquartered. National in practice.
Our home is in Bengaluru; our practice is national. Children in Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Chandigarh, and Kochi see the same therapist on the same schedule each week, over secure video. Cross-time-zone families abroad are accommodated by appointment.
If something about your child's development is keeping you up at night,
the first step is shorter than it looks.
A 30-minute free consultation tells us — and you — whether we are the right team, before any commitment. No pressure. No script. Just one honest conversation.
