Terms

The agreement that governs our work together.

These terms set out what we promise to do, what we ask of you, and the boundaries that keep our therapy practice safe and useful for every family. Read them before booking — and ask us anything that isn't clear.

Effective: 5 May 2026 Applies to: All visitors and clients of neuronurture.com and neuronurturekids.com

1. Acceptance of these terms

By using neuronurture.com or neuronurturekids.com (together, the "Site"), submitting an enquiry, or engaging NeuronNurture Kids ("we", "us", "NeuronNurture") to deliver therapy services for your child, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

2. Who can use our service

Our therapy services are intended for children aged 0 to 12 in India. We engage with the parent or lawful guardian of the child, who must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to consent to the child's care. By booking, you confirm you meet these conditions and that you have read our intake-and-consent documentation.

3. Scope of services

NeuronNurture Kids provides online developmental therapy delivered by RCI-registered or appropriately credentialed therapists, supervised by a developmental paediatrician. Programmes include speech and language therapy, applied behaviour analysis (ABA), occupational therapy, early intervention, autism programmes, ADHD programmes, special education, and parental coaching, among related developmental services described on the Site.

Sessions are delivered over secure video, on a schedule mutually agreed with the family. We provide written assessment plans, weekly progress notes, and four-weekly clinical reviews. The exact scope, frequency, and targets for each child are set out in the assessment plan we share before sessions begin.

4. Not an emergency or substitute service

Our services are not an emergency service. If you believe your child is in immediate physical danger, experiencing a medical emergency, or in a mental-health crisis, contact your local emergency services, your nearest hospital, or a crisis helpline immediately.

Our online therapy is not a substitute for in-person diagnostic services where those are clinically required, nor for primary medical care from your child's paediatrician. We will tell you, on the first consultation, if we believe your child needs in-person services we cannot provide.

5. Free consultation & engagement

Your first 30-minute consultation is free and creates no obligation. A formal therapist–client relationship begins only when you sign our intake-and-consent form, an assessment plan has been issued by our medical leadership, and the first paid session is delivered.

Until that point, anything discussed on the consultation is preliminary and informational, and does not constitute clinical advice.

6. Fees & payment

Session fees start at ₹750 and vary by programme, session length, and clinician seniority. Current fees are quoted in your assessment plan, in Indian Rupees (INR), exclusive of any applicable taxes.

Payment is due in advance of each session or in monthly blocks, as set out in your engagement letter. Failure to pay may result in suspension of further sessions until the account is settled. We accept payment by UPI, bank transfer, and major credit and debit cards through our payment processor.

7. Cancellations & refunds

  • By you, with at least 24 hours' notice — the session is rescheduled at no charge.
  • By you, with less than 24 hours' notice or as a no-show — the session fee is forfeited unless the cancellation is on grounds of medical illness, in which case a single goodwill rescheduling is offered per quarter.
  • By us — we will offer the next available slot at no charge, or a full refund of the session fee if rescheduling is not possible within 14 days.
  • End of engagement — you may end your engagement at any time. We will refund any unused, prepaid sessions on a pro-rata basis within 14 working days.

8. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information during assessment and throughout the engagement.
  • Ensure a quiet, private, well-lit space with a stable internet connection for each session.
  • Be present or readily available during your child's session, as requested by the therapist.
  • Follow through on the parent-coaching components of your child's plan to the best of your ability.
  • Treat our staff with courtesy and respect. We reserve the right to end an engagement, with refund of unused fees, in cases of harassment or abuse of staff.
  • Not record sessions without our explicit written consent. Where consent is given, recordings are for the family's private use only and may not be shared publicly.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, illustrations, articles, assessment frameworks, written progress notes, and the proprietary curriculum we develop — is owned by or licensed to NeuronNurture Kids and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.

You may quote up to 200 words of our public-facing content with attribution and a link back to the source URL. Bulk reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use requires our prior written permission. Your child's clinical records belong to the family and will be released to you on written request, in line with applicable medical-records norms.

10. Limitation of liability

We exercise reasonable professional care in delivering therapy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or our services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these terms is limited to the amount you have paid us for services in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Indian law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NeuronNurture Kids, its directors, employees, and contractors from any claim, demand, loss, or expense arising out of your breach of these terms, your provision of inaccurate information about your child's medical history, or your use of the Site or services in a manner not permitted under these terms.

12. Termination

We may end an engagement, with reasonable notice and pro-rata refund of unused fees, where: a child's needs are clinically beyond our scope and a more appropriate referral is needed; the family acts in a way that endangers our staff; or fees remain unpaid after reminders.

You may end an engagement at any time, by writing to us. We will work with you to share clinical records and any handover information needed by a successor team.

13. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or your engagement of NeuronNurture Kids shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Before going to court, we encourage you to write to us with the details of your concern. We will respond within 30 days and, where appropriate, propose a meeting to resolve the matter directly.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. For substantive changes that materially affect your rights or obligations, we will notify active clients by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
